The 2026-2027 membership cycle begins August 15, 2026 and expires prior to the 2027 annual meeting. Members receive access to our Slack workspace which includes program resources and discussion boards. All membership communication and interaction takes place via Slack. In addition, members have the option to participate in yearly events including webinars, recruitment fairs, and the annual conference.*

Membership is by institution and requires the designation of specific members from the institution. The 2026-2027 membership fee for two individuals per institution is $150 and is due upon approval of your application (additional members can be added for $75 each). Fees will not be prorated based on what month of the year the application is submitted. 

Membership applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis with invoices sent by the 30th of each month. Application review will continue through March 31, 2027.

Membership applications received, approved, and paid prior to the 2026 Annual Conference are eligible to attend the annual conference. Membership applicants will have the option to add conference registrations while proceeding through the membership application. For details about the conference, please visit our conference page. Current members who wish to add individuals to their institutional membership should email board@precollegeassociation.org.

If a member leaves their position during the membership year, the institution need to notify the Advisory Board via email. At that time, the member will be removed from Slack and future mailings. After notification of departure, the institution may substitute another member satisfying the criteria for either a primary or secondary member by emailing the Advisory Board.
